Due Diligence Requirements

CIMA requires that all Directors, Officers, Shareholders, Managers and Controllers of insurance companies provide certain information:

• a completed Personal Questionnaire (attached)
• a police clearance certificate or sworn "affidavit of no convictions"
• three personal reference letters

It should be noted that individual service providers may require additional information.
